Cancellation Policy

At Carol Gibbons Photography, we understand that unexpected changes can happen.
To provide the best service and manage our schedule effectively, please review our cancellation policy:

Session Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund of any deposits paid.
• Within 7 days of the session: Deposit will be forfeited, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance will be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in loss of the deposit and session fee.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session booked with a gift certificate, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.

Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies may occur. Please contact us directly if you are facing special circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
