About Carol 

Carol Gibbons has over 25 years professional experience providing Northern Beaches photography, specialising in portrait photography of newborn babies, kids and families of all ages, as well as corporate headshots.

Your session will be relaxed & lots of fun. While guiding you to look your best, Carol will ensure that your portraits are natural & authentic, showing your families personality. Her aim to show who you are, not just what you look like. Capturing family connections, love, joy & the in between moments are what you will treasure forever.

While studying Fine Art, Carol found photography was her passion and pursued further study in Art Photography, after completing her diploma. She brings this artistic & creative background into her work & has won many awards for her work.

As a mother of two, including Ruby the Cattledog, Carol knows how quickly your family grows and changes. She has a natural affinity with families (and pets), will work with you to capture your families unique personality.

She started her business in the early 90’s photographing weddings as well as portrait photography , and has continued to update her skills as well as judging at the State and National Awards for the AIPP. as well as the Australian Portrait Prize.

Carol has won mnay awards, both at a state, national & international level. A highlight was winning the Grand Award for Portrait at WPPI in Las Vegas, as well as First Place in the Children’s portrait category.

Carol Gibbons is a Master of Photography and an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography.
